How We Do It

We offer an initial Vendor / Supplier evaluation and verification looking at design capabilities, manufacturing processes and controls together with QA & QC compliance. Our recommendations include but are not limited to Quality, Environmental and Safety Systems.
Vendor Pre-qualification
EQ-House can help identify strong, professional consultants, contractors and vendors to eliminate the risk to your upcoming or current project with our pre-qualification tools and checklists. We will review your Vendors capacity with regards to ISO, Schedule Management and Manufacturing capacity process and controls.
We will evaluate and review your current Vendor/Supplier list or we can go to market on your behalf. We will look at core information such as company’s history, mission, values, size, financial stability, capabilities and work experience.
Vendor QA/QC Review
EQ-House will provide your business with support to review vendors systems in a project to see that they are using the systems as prescribed. During this review we will investigate and report on where Continuous Improvement can be provided and offer a solution to get your Vendors systems up to a standard that is acceptable to complete the project.
