Our vendor client, was engaged in a large Oil and gas project for a Tier 1 O&G company. They had struggled for 12 months to get the client to agree to their QC systems for the project.
EQ-House was engaged to review the QC systems, liaise with the end client and assist in implementing a workable process. Using EQ-Houses templates in less than a month we were able to modify the structures to suit the project and the Bi-Lingual (English & French) requirements of the project.
This was submitted to and approved by the end client within 2 weeks allowing the project to progress.

Gas Turbine – Vendor Audit China
Our clients expertise did not extend into Manufacturing E-Houses.
Given some concerns the client asked EQ-House to mobilise to China to investigate the Production planning, capabilities and competence of the Vendor proposed for the project.
The resulting report provided a clear path for the client to address evident issues.

E-House Project Audit Ampcontrol
EQ-House were engaged by its Client, a leading electrical and electronic engineering company wanting to expand its capabilities and become competent in E-House manufacture. Our Client’s breif; to identify opportunities to accelerate the incremental improvement of the existing solution offering to the Mining Sector.
Critically an operational review was undertaken to review and compare it’s existing capabilities and competencies to become a player in the E-House Vendor market. Core gaps were identified and findings presented to Management in order to quanitfy the scale of change that such a Strategic Paradigm shift would entail.
