M5 Execution Support
Our Client, a leading electrical and electronic engineering company were wishing to enter into the market of E-House Manufaturing to further advance their offering to the end Client.
EQ-House was engaged to provide services and solutions across two stages:
STAGE 1: Bid for Success; where support services were provided to:
- Review the Specifications and scope
- Identify issues and opportunities
- Prepare the following Drawings: a) GA with minor enhancements b) List of equipment Design freeze inputs c) 3D presentation views and General Notes sheets
- Engage with and attend project meetings to resolve technical issues and preferences
STAGE 2: Project Execution Assisting in extracting the critical design inputs in collaboration with the Client.
Design Detailing where design inputs are transposed into detailed design and finally exeuction which covered all the procurement, construction and logistic functions to complete the scope of supply
