Light Rail: Asbestos Remediation Planning Australia
Our client has four fully fitted out & installed traction substations. Where the building structure has asbestos content in the floor sheeting. The buildings had inhibited physical access and access hours they were also located in a rail corridor.
EQ-House was engaged to prepare a plan and budget for the replacement of the flooring that included:
- Liaising with operator and conducting site inspections.
- Resolving the removal and replacement of the equipment.
- Working with asbestos specialists to plan for the removal of the contaminated material.

EQ-House were engaged by a Global OEM client to conduct a site audit on 25 FAR’s in Kuwait.
The Site Audit produced consisted of:
