The EQ-House team have established a reputation as a go-to for resolving challenging issues associated with already established E-Houses or Switchrooms.  There are a large number of complexities that require consideration when working on completed or commissioned E-Houses.

The EQ-House team were engaged by a global OEM client in October 2017 to investigate a compliance issue on 25 Field Auxillary Rooms (FAR) buildings in the Middle East.  Succeeding this report and findings we were further requested to manage the processes and local contractors to deliver the remediation works.

Currently, on-site, we have commenced works on one of the Large Buildings with little too no issues despite works commencing during Ramadan and Summer here in Kuwait.  The Schedule is to complete all 25 E-Houses in a period of 5-6 months. All going well this should be no issue.  

The EQ-House team has implemented the execution plan, construction sequencing, QA/QC procedures, and site workpacs to enable the site teams to capture and resolve all issues. This also aligns the client’s expectations and engagement with all sign off stages in the ITP’s.
