EQ-House manage vendors anywhere on the globe
EQ-House over the last 15 months have been Managing the construction of E-Houses for a major Middle East petroleum project on behalf of its Global Control Systems client.To date, 15 of the 25 FAR’s have been successfully fabricated out of 2 factories in South Korea. The remaining 10 buildings are schedule for completion by Mid April.
EQ-House’s on the ground expertise in the technical nuance and construction of E-Houses has been pivotal in managing the inexperienced vendors on the project. EQ-House patiently coached local teams and implemented processes that bridged the cultural and communication barriers that plagued the early stages of the project. The resulting outcome is particularly robust and well built E-Houses.
