EQ-House also provided Manufacturing alignment solutions to meet client needs. We were able to draw upon our Manufacturing alignment partners to deliver a turnkey solution for this project to ensure quality, schedule, cost and resources were maintained for the duration of the project from Design to Delivery.

Asbestos Remediation
EQ-House was engaged by our Client to support in the removal and remediation of asbestos works on an active substation. Works also included the removal and reinstatement of equipment, prepping of site isolations and intertrip equipment.

Initially EQ-House was engaged to help manage a difficult Vendor and to strengthen the client’s team with specific manufacturing and E-House expertise.
With the demise of the vendor. EQ-House assisted the client with the construction management & supervision. This included:

This large project with over 25 FAR’s with the smallest weighing 250 tonnes, was well behind schedule in design and construction.

E-House Site Rectification Australia
The client engaged EQ House to assist with Site required modifications to the 132Kv substation. Site visit were conducted to ensure that the full scope was determined prior to mobilisation of craft labour.
The ability to pre-plan enable EQ House to manage carpentry, electrical, metal fabrication and painting resources onsite to delivery all works two weeks earlier than scheduled.
Quality and safety documentation was paramount to the success of the project with EQ House engaged continually with end client QC and HSE to ensure compliance to Site requirements

EQ-House was engaged by the End Client via their vendor to manage the rectification of various Substations prior to final commissioning of the site.
This has required closely working with ICSU (commissioning) and various other stakeholders to ensure Quality and Safety are paramount to ensure first Gas to the plant.
