Planning & Scheduling
If your program is already in trouble, EQ-House will provide personnel and tools to assist with returning your project to run “on-time”. Creating a meaningful and connected Gantt chart with a pragmatic and experienced view of resources and time allows us to test the reality of the situation and identify opportunities to improve schedule with correct resourcing and paralleling of scope.
We work directly with the Vendor to encourage process improvements and accurate reporting. EQ-House will help you regain control of time and deliver a successful solution to your Client.
Construction mangement
EQ- House’s experienced personnel can assist our clients Project Managers in all things relating to the E-House construction, including services and equipment installation. EQ-House Construction managers can establish scheduling, documentation review, construction process, QC and cost control tools and protocols. Working with our clients we assist with end client/vendor interface management to ensure expectations are understood, practical and satisfied.
Construction Supervision
EQ-House experienced Construction Supervisors assisting our clients with the ‘hands on’ aspects of bringing an E-House packaged solution together. From steel work to, general construction, equipment installation and through to Electrical testing. Ensuring the committed resources, schedule and Quality controls are applied on the floor.
